Use the Up (W or NumPad 9), Down (A or NumPad 1), Left (Q or NumPad 7) and Right (D or NumPad 3) arrow keys to move the player on the diagonal from the Start to the End point.

-- Avoid the holes --

Step on the coloured buttons to allow a single passage over the corresponding coloured hole.

Only a single button can be pressed for the same colour, all other buttons of same colour will be deactivated until used.
